Can i go horse rideing on my period?

ok so i am going horseridding tomarow.and im on my period,so can i go horse rideing? Or do i have to skip out???

Yes you can do anything when you are on your period silly!!! Just don't wear anything tight on your butt... Or white.

Sure, why not?  I would wear dark pants, just incase there's any accidental leakage.  I've found a good ride actually helps my back pain.....
