  1. only once every 4 years

  2. With a U.S. passport you can do anything.

  3. If you plan to travel to Cuba directly from Miami you will need a U.S. State Department travel license. You can visit the State Dept website and see if you qualify for such a license. There are links to the State Dept as well as many other links regarding travel to Cuba at www.MyCubaFest.com. If you are looking for that "Cuban" experience then I would suggest you book accommodations with Havana-Rentals as opposed to booking a hotel or resort. Havana-Rentals can find you an apartment or even a house to rent during your stay.

  4. Better ask the Dept of state with G.W.B. and his worldly friendship who knows?

    Good Luck.

  5. It's against the law for a US citizen to do that. You need to go to another country first, THEN go to Cuba.

Ex: Fly to central or south america first or fly to Canada 1st and fly from those places............Central America would probably be your best bet............You'd be smart to just forget it and pick another place.

  6. No, you will be in violation of the sanctions against Cuba.  Traveling to Cuba without the proper license is illegal.
