Can i go swimming with a tampon?

yup..thats what girls use when they go swimming and they are on their period. Thats like one of the reasons tampons are on this planet lol.

YEAH!  tampons are meant for swimming.  You wont leak at all!  =)  plus, your period stops when you are in water, so it just helps you when you get out of the pool!  =)  hope that helped.

YES!!  I like the Sport ones, however any type works :-)  Just make sure you don't leave it in for over 8 hours (or whatever the box says).  DON'T soak it in anything (see answer above)!!! Put it in how you normally would.  I am a swimmer and they ALWAYS work!
