  1. Not if there are Sharks in the water LOL. Use a tampon.

  2. I'm a swimmer and one meet i was on mine. if you are getting in and out  of the pool then def wear a tampon. but for me getting in and out of the pool meant getting out and 5 minutes later diving in and all out sprinting. mine was light at the time nd my suit was lime green. when its light water and chlorine will stop it.and you can put a pad on right when you get out for the last time. but if your just swimming for fun just wear a tampon i know its not the best thing and its not the best feeling.but its worth it pads are disgusting to wear in the pool. just make sure you change it every once in awhile because when water gets in it it gets very heavy and hard to get out. so change it every once in awhile and you will be fine. i promise :)

  3. erll if u hav it lite go ahead but the water stopss it soo just go in and put a towel on after u ge t of and run 2 ther bathroom and put a pad on

or u could put a pad in ur barthing suit and ewar shorts and go in with the shorts

  4. i know i sound like a pushover but tampons don't make you lose your virginity or anything lame like that. they let you be a lot more comfortably active and you can't feel them in. you can swim and do everything else that would normally. i would try tampons.

  5. I'm shocked that you'd even want to risk it--especially this close to school starting.

Last week something similar happened here in this small town. The spoiled brat princess who always gets her way didn't tell anyone that she was on her period and she went to a pool party anyway. Also at the party was a little boy who knows nothing about what happens to girls. Since she wasn't wearing any "protection" (BTW, they call it "protection" for a reason), there was nothing to catch what was coming out. Anyway, the little boy saw that she was bleeding and reported to a lifeguard that she was injured. The lifeguards made everyone get out of the pool so that they could rescue her.

In a way, it's kinda funny. She's always wanting to be the center of attention, and doesn't think that she has to follow the rules either. Now she is humiliated. And unless something else big happens between now and next week, she's still going to be the talk of the town when school starts.

  6. i would not use a pad.

  7. i dont think you should my cousin went to the pool right as she got out she started to leak and she was wearing a pad.

  8. swim with a tampon always!!!! safer and sanitary

  9. yea...water blocks it.

BUT, i would have a pad ready right away when you come out.

  10. defineatly do not swim with a pad

    ew

tampons are awesome i think you should try them

    and wayy good for swimming

but without anything you should be fine

if your in the water a lot

when your out thats another story

    it also depends wat day

    but you should be fine(:

  11. It depends on heavy your period is.  Don't wear a pad or at least not a thick one: it'll absorb water and you'll end up walking around like a penguin.   Definitely be ready when you get  out of the water...

If you're curious, fill your tub at home and do a "test swim".

  12. First of all, none of us wants to be in a pool with blood floating in it.  Face the facts, if you want to swim and have your period, you need to wear a tampon.  It is not going to compromise your virginity contrary to fanatical thought.  Second, like a diaper, a pad is completely inappropriate to wear in a pool.  If, for your own personal idiosyncracies you can not bring your self to use a tampon, then you need to not swim while menstruating.  Period.

  13. DON'T WEAR A PAD IN YOUR BATHING SUIT! even if you think nobody can see it, they will, and there will be a lump there, and if you have wings....ugg! try tampons, because even if you say that you don't bleed in water, you will. the blood just dissapates and blend in, but the minute you get out, it will be a problem. i tried once to pass of without anything and i was at a pool party. i was playing a water balloon toss, and after a while, i felt a line of blood running all the way down my leg to my ankle. it was humiliating. if you absolutaly cannot wear a tampon, than wear a panty liner.
