Yes with No problems you can visit Cuba on your South Korean Passport...

Just make sure your passport is Valid for 6 months or more on your arrival in Cuba

and make sure you buy a Cuban Tourist Card which most likely will be sold to you by Your travel agent if youre going on a Vacation Package or upon check in at the airport before your flight.Its usually included in the cost of your Ticket

If its not the case you can purchase Your tourist card for about 25cdn upon arrival in Cuba.

With this tourist card youre allowed to stay in Cuba for 30 days

It shouldn't be a problem. Cuba welcomes all countries to visit there.

But just contact the Cuban embassy to be sure of any type of procedures with your papers.

I highly doubt there will be anything to be concerned about. You will receive a tourist card/visa through either you travel agent or airline (while en route to Cuba).

Contact the Cuban embassy in Ottawa and ask them.  Better check with Canadian immigration, too.
