Can i go to japan with criminal record?

got charged with fraudulent use of debit card. charges were dismissed and i am in the process of expungement. leaving for tokyo at the end of the month. wondering if i can still go? will they hold a dismissed charge against me, or can they even see it after it is expunged. nobody seems to have any real solid answers...

Is okay ! if things happen in other countries not Japan. the Government is " open minded "  Normally if you passport need not visa to enter Japan, is okay ! not to worries. unless you apply visa too Japan embassy in you countries, the may check , sometimes may reject ,if you cant proved to them, a good reason  for you to enter Japan. good luck ! * you case must be nothings to do with Japanese Company or people **** Hi , for USA passport and case nothings to do with Japan company or people.
