Don't bother, my son & his friend went to the open auditions in Birmingham at the weekend, 29,000 people there and all being auditioned on the same day, The person who auditioned them didn't pay attention to what she was doing, just asked for name & what they were going to sing, then said no, while everyone else who heard them said they should have got through. If you do get through you have to get past another 3 people before seeing Simon Cowell etc. They were really only looking for entertainment value as anyone who couldn't sing including a man of 70 were put through.

you have to wait till the end of this season styating like in a few months then there will be a application form on the website not sure when there might be one on there now but it might be a 2008 application for so ytou will have to wait for the 09 forms
