  1. Yeah, I know of at least one cocoa farm, they produce the 'Cocoa Farm' brand chocolate bars. According to their website it's located in tropical north Qld. and is the only such farm in Australia.

    It seems they grow well up North but you would probably need to  well coddle the tree if you live in the south east anywhere, it doesn't like cold temperatures.
