Can i grow venus fly traps here in the philippines?

Sure!  You can grow them anywhere and it seems like the weather in the Philippines would be great for growing Venus Fly Traps.  I would think that VFTs would thrive outside in the Philippines. The only problem for you would be dormancy.  Since it doesn't get very cold there, you would probably have to force dormancy on the plant.  You can read about how to do that here:
