I was wondering if i could have a mini horse house broken and kept inside almost all day. I was wondering how much they would need to eat and how to house break them. Any info would be great thanks.

  1. I have never heard of keeping one inside except seeing eye guide horses, which wear little booties on their feet but do tend to live in outdoor shelters adjacent to the person's house.  They started to be used because they live longer than dogs.  You can look up info about them on www.guidehorse.com

  2. no

  3. umm horses, no matter what size need a nice open place to run around in, they really cannot be kept inside the house because for one, they might tear up the furniture, and if you have wood or tile anywhere they could slip and fall and maybe get hurt but that could be REALLY serious, i say if you want to get a miniature horse get and open space and shelter for your miniature and then only then think about getting a minature horse.

and whats up with your name

    ??

  4. they can be housebroken. Housebreaking horses is similar to the training done with dogs. As with any horse they eat according to their weight /size and the work they do...For example (this is one way I do it)...serve about 1 pound per hand...if the horse is around 14 hands high then you (theoretically) would give it 13-14 pounds of hay per day and 20 to 30 ounces of grain a day (corn, oats, barley).
