They way I understand your question, you're doing a raffle, and you want to give away services at an autobody shop? In that case, you'd have to find a mechanic that's willing to donate. The easiest thing to do is have the mechanic give you a gift certificate for a certain amount, or have them agree to do a certain amount of work for free (I'd imagine it's be labor, not parts).
