any way u can get a phone ask your mom and/or dad or save up for it

I think you should have a phone if you can pay for it yourself, since your parents didn't get you one sooner. At least it can teach you some responsibility on paying bills and learning to be frugal. Good lesson to learn since money can be so tight.

Yes you can.  My 2 boys ages 14 and 13 have cell phones.  Its easier to keep up with them.  I put a parental block on them.

I think that would be possible if it comes from your salary.  At your age you should be doing some part time work, or some sort of housework, but parents are having a hard time these days.  phones are various pensive.  But if you can afford it go get one.
