Can i have a stds???

Well I never had s*x and I dont think my mom has stds but...For some reason i have like these small pimples on the tip of my p***s its kinda like white/red. It doesn't hurt itch,or bleed .i can't feel it at all. help me out please?

It doesn't sound like an STD, a doctor will for sure answer your question better than we can just from a description of words.
