Can i have an intransit insurance cknowing that my NY driverlicenseis availabe until 2010 but ithas a stamp of temporary visitor that did experied on 05/2007?(i just want to buy a car from NH and bring it to NY then ship it overseas...thanks

yes    progressive will insure vehicles for people with suspended revoked drivers licenses. BUT  if you are driving it will not cover you.   If you license are just expired yes you can get insurance

No.  You can't get insurance with an expired license.
