Can i have cyclone info please?

Hi there to anyone reading this. I need to know what causes a cyclone, info on when they are likely to occur, a list of evacuation procedures, and a list of organizations that will help with evacuation and damage control. please help peeps!

Cyclones are generally large low pressure areas...

midlatitude cyclones occur from 30-60 latitude and are generally not tropical in nature.

Hurricanes, large tropical lows - also hurricanes...

occur in atlantic and near west coast USA

Typhoons....same as hurricanes in Pacific.. china,  philippines, etc.

Cyclones - tropical - Near India Ocean

Tornadoes - fairly small vortices of low pressure...

mostly land

Waterspouts... tornado over the water..
