My friend has this necklace she wears everyday. It is a heart pendent on a string of sewing thread. Does it mean anything???

maybe its lucky to her, or the pendant was her grandmothers when she died or something, so she put it on sewing thread for a necklace.

that she is emotionally imbalanced with what she feels like is her heart on a string as it has been hurt soo many times!
