  1. Just start off with running for a few minutes each day, then increase it once you are used to that.

    Hope this helps :)

  2. keep running everyday! go back and up your court! each day add a little more and it will become easier and easier

  3. train yourself to be able to run a mile

i was in the track team once

teacher told me to run slowly in begining and use the energy in the end

and on the field u should push people around when your running so you can get the people to slow down abit

  4. it takes alot of work but you need to make sure you dont clinch your fists as you run and have your arms a little lose but not flabby and also to never give up because you are going to feel that pain but you have to fight it off, when you cant breath at the end of a race you know you did a h**l of a job

  5. i do field hockey too :]

    good choice. lol

practice is what will help u the most. running a little bit farther or longer everyday will really help. gradually build up. dont go to hard the first day or you'll be really sore and not want to run again the next day.

    good luck.

i hope your a forward cause there the best ;]

  6. Just start running at a very slow pace for about a mile. If you try I think you should be able to run the whole thing. Then, try picking up the pace a little bit each day, and add on some miles as time goes on. You should also try doing some hill sprints and ab workouts for your muscles. Hope this helps.

  7. I'm an intermediate running coach (10ks and half marathons).  Start your training with intervals.  For example, run 1 minute and walk for 3 for a total of 40 minutes and keep upping your run intervals and lowering the walk intervals until you can run the mile consistently.  Before you know it, you'll be running 3 miles without having to stop.  There is a great program on Coolrunning.com that will get you there pretty quickly.

  8. keep moving youre legs as long as you can and the longer the legs strecth the less time youlle have
