  1. Well , you're a fabulous rider =] you have a lovely jump position . However , I do think you look extremely tense . Try relaxing a bit and you will be an even better rider !

  2. lunge him every day

  3. Over all you look like a very good rider. You look like you might be a little to forward long before the jumps. And it kind of looks like your lower legs are coming back every time your horse takes a stride. Not sure about that because it kinda looks like the person taking the video was trying to ride the horse with you. I have done that before, you just want to keep the rhythm of the horse as if your the one riding instead of doing the video. It's kind of funny.

You look to be doing a great job. Keep up the good work.

    Happy riding and stay safe!

  4. you are to far forward when your cantering! push those shoulders back! lol but you jump alright! but you should keep your legs forward more, you do look tense! good luck! xo

  5. you seem a little bit too tense. Also your leg slips back a little too far. You have a nice firm upper body though. If you just work on relaxing your body and your arms you will start to build more muscle along with a greater bond with your horse.

    Good work though!

  6. I think your position is very good! Your leg stays under you, and you dont get to far out of the saddle.  Your at CSU arent you? If you are I love it there!  Very nice video!

  7. Looks very good to me but I do have one criticism. You was off balance and your release was not good on that 2nd to the last jump and so you hit him in the mouth pretty hard when you slammed back on the landing. You should slip the reins when that happens otherwise if you hit him in the mouth like that too frequently he may begin to associate that pain with jumping and that may lead to refusals. But over all, your anchor and body position looks good and it looks like you are doing very well.

  8. I would say that you just need to relax a little (especially your arms) and come out of your kind of two-point  position while out of jumps because staying in that position the whole time keeps you slightly off balance and that could end badly. I would try coming out of the saddle a little less when you are going over the jump, my instructor is a firm believer in just barely coming out of the saddle so that you can regain your balance if something doesn't go right. Other than that ya look great

  9. push your sholders back more

  10. omg! i love your green saddle pad!!! its great!

    Anyway...about you position.

you look good, but try to sit up straight, you seem to be tipping forward a little, but this could be with the effort of pushing a lazy horse around the course. hehe - i know what its like,

  11. ur too far forward, roll ur sholders bak n then relax then while looking right up in the sky n then bring ur head down without moveing ur bak n it should be shraight.. nice horse tho, he looks really smooth n slow... lol

  12. your leg and hand is really good but your neck and head are tilted it looks like when kids are riding a bike and their helemt hangs too low and they tilt  their head back so they can see

it doesn't look very comfortable so sit a little straighter with you shoulders back.. your too point was good but relax your neck and don't keep it so stiff or your going to have a sore neck spine, and shoulders

but otherwise it was beautiful!! thanks for sharing! loved watching i love jumping!!

    gorgeous horse

and you don't look 12... and hate to break this too ya but don't state that your 12 on Yahoo! because only people 13 and older are allowed to use yahoo! answers
