  1. stay away from anything fm and also from the ISIMPLE it damage ipod batteries

this is the best interface full controls from the radio and all the ipod text on the radio display

  2. i also work at best buy and i'd say the Isimple is the best thing to go for. They do run about 150 or so i believe and the Harman Kardon ends up about 110 plus install.

  3. You sure can...  You have many different options for connecting an ipod to your trailblazer...  You can do what everone else does and go to Best Buy, Walmart, Circuit City or somewhere and pickup an fm transmitter, but I don't recommend this because of channel bleedthrough, and lots of static.  I am an installer for Best Buy and we have a product called ISimple by Peripheral Electronics.  Basically what this product does, is allow you to hookup your ipod straight through the factory radio through an aux in the back.  If your factory cd player has an option for a disc changer, etc then you can the product basically tricks the factory deck into thinking there is a cd changer, where in fact it's your ipod.  You can then change tracks on your ipod through the factory deck (track up/down)...  Another route yoiu can do is the Harmon Kardon Drive and Play, which is fm modulated, but it's a direct adapter...  so basically it locks a certain channel (ie: 88.5/etc) where no bleedthrough or static can occur and blocks other fm from overlapping this channel.  It works great and I have never had a complaint on either one of these products.  Hope this helps.
