While your "sub wolfers" are actually subwoofers, yes indeed you can hook them up to a stock stereo system. You're going to need a line-out converter to convert l/r speaker channel signal into RCA output for your amplifier to interpret, then you will need to connect the amp to your subs, probably in a smaller box under the back bench seat, as the Dakota is a pickup truck.
