Can i install MAC os on my laptop that usually runs xp ? ?

Question

Can i istall a MAC operating system on my laptop ?

I have vista on my tower but my high spec laptop is still running xp.

The laptop will run on vista bit the wireless finction isnt recognised by vista so as a moble device,, its useless installing vista on it.

I fancy the MAC range but aint gonna fork out the best part of £1500 for a new one, but,,, i want to have a go with the OS to see what all the fuss is about ! !

No, as windows cannot handle Mac and is not compatible with it's OS. Mac is the only computer that you can install two differnt types of OS, many you can install both a Mac a Windows OS to a Mac, but not to a windows.

Not true at all. Mac OS can be installed on a XP ready machine. You need to setup correctly with correct drivers. It will not work on all hardware but search the web.

never heard of Mac OS on a windows computer...you probably know that you can however have XP or Vista on a mac. i did however have a comp-sci roommate who had windows, linux and eventually OS X all on his desktop, which i think was mainly a linux computer.
