Can i install a wind/rain deflector over my windows on my escort zx2?

i love to drive when its raining and i love the smell of rain also but the issue i have is that i cant open my windows during a storm... i get too much water coming in, not to mention but my wiper blades almost seem to dump all the water off the windshield into the car even when their cracked. so is it possible to get some that are designed to stick to the car or something rather than going up into a window channel? i see some online that claim they fit my 99 ford escort zx2 but everything would fit if the price is right for the seller and also the fact that they wont accept returns right? so anyone know which ones work?

my personal advise is go to your local advance auto parts,auto zone,are maybe walmart i have two trucks and mine are just put on with 2 sided 3m tape! and they work great!
