Yes, it's a special enclosure just for shower lighting. Home Depot and Lowes have them in stock.

Yes you can.  I prefer juno brand recessed lights.   They are a much higher quality then what is sold at HD or Lowes.  You can pick them up at a lot of lighting suppliers.  or maybe order it online.  You just have to make sure to get a trim that is rated for wet locations.  Progress is also a good brand.  Good luck.

you can install a remodeling can, as long as you put a shower trim on it you will be all right.  don't go with a high wattage bulb.  the heat causes the light to go on and off.
