  1. Yes

  2. if you are a single parent ..NO, not active duty.  Only reserves.

  3. YES, BY Y WOULD U DO THAT?!?!? JOIN THE MARINES!! EVERYBODYKNOWS THEIR THE BEST!! THE ARMY IS THE EASY WAY INTO THE MILITARY, CHEAP!! GO MARINES!!!

  4. Don't see why not.

  5. You need to legally give up custody to enlist if you are a single parent.  You also cannot regain this custody until your first enlistment is over and you canot just enlist and scam to get your child back, that is against regulations and can get you kicked out.  If you are married you can enlist with children a long as the number of children does not exeed the maximum number of dependants.  Military life is not easy on children and between your regular job, duty requirements and deployments you will not see your child much and they would be spending more time in day care if the military allowed you to enlist as a single parent.

  6. you can but you need someone to watch the baby during book camp and tech school. when you get your orders for your first permanent place that you will be stationed then you can be with your child. as for deployment i have no ideal that would be a good question to ask a recruiter.

  7. WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO?  WHAT IF YOU DIE?  THEN YOU'D HAVE A ORPHAN BABY.

  8. yeah

  9. If your child has another guardian who can take care of the child during deployments, then yes. The army can't use people who aren't able to deploy away from their families for a year at a time.

  10. Yes you can.  Many women and men who were single parents have joined the military.  Generally you are required to appoint a legal guardian to care for the child during periods of basic training and should you become deployed to an area where you can not take dependents.  Most people have a parent or sibling that is willing to care for the child  during the absence of the service member.
