  1. I'm assuming that you have a leopard gecko? You're supposed to feed them a variety of food, including crickets and mealworms. Those two would be good enough. Once in a while, feed only like one wax worm once a week because those are very fatty.

  2. If you have a leopard gecko pinkys are only suppsed to be used rarely and you need crickets o you can gut load them so you gecko absorbs all the gutloading

  3. The fact is, that the best staple for a leopard gecko is crickets and meal worms. If your mother doesn't allow you to keep the crickets, you may want to go with the mealies and allow yourself to buy a few crickets now and then to vary his diet every so often.

You can use other insects such as wax worms, roaches etc. as an occasional treat, but not every day. Some worms can be very fattening so you should only give them once or twice every other week.

Pinky mice should only be fed to adult geckos very, very sparsely. Don't make a habit to give you leo mice, they're insectivores and will do just fine without eating new born rodents. I've never fed my leos mice and am a little doubtful as to how digestible the mice are, I wouldn't exactly risk it.

Really, go with mealworms as a staple and add a few crickets in there every so often.
