  1. Nope.  The both have totally different requirements.  Plus, koi shouldn't be kept in anything but a pond.


  2. Chaos! Is correct, koi and goldfish are of the same "family" and koi can get up to a foot long. African Cichlids are very aggressive, unlike Koi, and should be kept only with other Cichlids. And koi should also be kept in a pond.

  3. no not advisable african cichlids are territorial and aggressive it will damage your koi

    kOi keeper & goldfish keeper.

  4. the koi get too big, but the africans would kill the koi anyway by harassing it to death.

    To the person below, koi can actually get past 3 feet..
