Probably. You can check it at this page: http://www.t-mobile.com/switch to see if it's eligible to bring to T-Mobile.

Also, your account with AT&T needs to stay open until the number switches over in order for this to work. That is, don't cancel your AT&T account, or the number will be lost. Just open your T-Mobile account and tell them you want to port in a number and they'll get it started for you.
