I got some clothing items online last tuesday. They charged me for the whole, and the money was off my account 2 hours after the order online, about 190 pounds. One day after, i received an email saying that one of the items wasn't available anymore. I was therefore expecting the refund of 20 pounds , but intead, they refunded me the whole 190 pounds, even if i received the rest of the order...
Would you keep the money or tell them? Can they take the money back without your permission? Do you think they will notice at some point (it's a pretty big company...)?
