Can i keep y fluval on with the eggs in the tank ???

ive put the eggs in a tank but not sure if the filter will suck the eggs in

Yes but you will need a fry net, and if they have a lot of eggs, or fry, then you need to have multiple nets in a separate breeding tank so you can put in a lot of nets, without disturbing any other fishes home!

Yes you can, BUT, you will need a fry net, in the opposite corner of the filter/water flow.

The net helps keep the water flow available, and stops the fry from being sucked away by the filter, and the larger fish eating them.
