  1. if bth names ar eon lease then you cant find another hous and just take that extra step like a mother/woman does! (big ups to my mom and all the other women who doesnt do what they want to do but do what they HAVE to do!)

    :) hearts

  2. If both of your names are on the lease, I don't think so. Can you find another place.

  3. if you are in San Antonio the answer would be no,he have just as much right as you do if he hit you they tell you to get to the women shelter, neither do you have to put up with this.

  4. You might if he is really that bad to you..talk to a lawyer, first time talking with them cost nothing. he or she. can give you good advice

  5. you have to give him 30 days notice, in writing....keep a copy!

  6. You can't legally do anything to him unless he's physically abusive...why don't you get some scars, take pictures, call 911 and lie to the cops...then they will drag his lazy butte in jail...there you go...will that make you happy?

  7. The owner cannot say. Not without good reason to present in an eviction. what to do. What to do. Oh, yeah. You leave.

  8. ya divorce him or just tell him its over and you dont want him in your life anymore

  9. the landlord will not have any saying. only time he will kick some one out of  his property is when you stop paying rent.

Why don't you move out. you are rent, so what the different if you are rent your own apartment.

Just tell him you are leaving him and you are renting your own place.

  10. If both of your names are on the lease, then legally he can stay. Plus the other thing is, if you decide to move someplace else, you would be legally bound still to your share of the rent, so that can make things worse.

  11. aww i'm so sorry, i had a dad who was both emotionally and physically abusive so i know how you feel :[

depending on your state laws, you may not be able to legally make him. try asking to live wiht a friend or seek a women's shelter.

    hope this helps

    good luck!
