Can i land any where on u.s. soil with a criminal conviction-(unlawfully on premises)?

am australian citizen, time in the U.S. will be under a month.

    did you serve your sentence are not on probabtion? if it is the equivlent of a violent felony in the us probably not.

    you may be able to get aon plane only to be arrested and detained.

  2. You want to enter US without a visa, is that what you are saying?  There are millions like that, you just don't get a chance to come back to US. Make sure you have a passport, so when you leave you have a country to go back to.

  3. would you mention what sort of criminal conviction ? is the case still running? are you on probation ? if that is the case ? the answer is # no #

    you will not enter the US unlawfully . i doubt that you will even get out of Australia .
