  1. Go on take the plunge and enrol you probably will enjoy it.Jean

  2. You're never too old to learn. Also by doing it, you'll gain muscle and lose fat, so you'll be in better shape. However, realize that when you start, you need to stick to it to see improvement. You won't be good right off, you'll need to learn a lot. I took some jujustu classes when I was 18, and I wasn't the only beginner there. Just don't expect to be a black belt after a few weeks, it will still take years of practice.

  3. Hi:

Yes! you can learn Kung Fu or Karate and your never too old or heavy to learn, in fact, it's  good excerise and it fun too. However take it slow and easy. Learn at your own rate. If that what you want to do... Then do it.

    I hope this helps.

  4. No way!  20 isn't too old dude.  Think, if you start now and work hard, imagine how skilled you could be by the time you are 25, which is STILL a young age.

You can drop weight if you just pay attention to diet and exercise for a little while.

  5. Go ahead, martial arts class can help you slim down. It helps you not only physically but mentally as well. 20 is not too old, as long as you can stand up, you can learn.
