Yes, you can leave your luggage at the Nice-Ville train station. But I am not sure if they have time limits. The "consignes automatiques" use coins (8 euros for 72 hours). The "consignes manuelles" are operated by people so you can ask then how long you can leave your things.

I was not able to find any info about time limits so maybe there are none.

Most bus and rail stations have lockers where you can store stuff. It might be worth checking their websites or phoning them to see if they have anything for longer term storage or for stuff that wont fit into a locker.
