Can i leave my tamagotchi at home all day?

I just bought one in a moment of madness (for old times sake =p) and im wondering if i have to take it to schoola nd stuff with me or can i just leave it? because i REALLY dont want to have it 24/7

also if i leave it on all the time doesnt the battery run out?

well.. i use to have one like.. 3 years ago lolz but im pretty sure it needs to be fed and everything.. you can secretly bring it to school hahahaa but i think thats why i stopped playing with it... cause im pertty sure it cant really turn off unless you restart it..

The battery lasts for ages and leaving it on doesnt take up much battery anyway.

But you will not need to keep it with you 24/7.

Just check on it in the morning and evening and it should be fine!

You can pause it press the button on the left and the button on the right

Yeah you could leave it at home while you are at school. Just make sure the happy/hungry hearts are all filled up before you leave. Also make sure that you get home quickly after school because all of the hearts might be gone. You could also pause it if you want to! =]

And no the battery doesn't run out if you leave it on all day. There's no way you could turn it off anyways.

Press the outer most left and right buttons at the same time - this should pause it.

You don't need to bring it to school, your tomagotchi can be left home for about 8 hours.  But then when you get home you have to make sure you feed, play, and clean up after it.  

After about a month the battery runs out but you can get the batteries for about $5 at a pharmacy.
