Can i let my tadpoles that i raised into frogs go back to the wild?

Question

I was out camping and i found some tadpoles in a big puddle near the lake so i brought the tadpoles back home and i am keeping them in a container outside in the back. when they grow into frogs should i let them go into the wild? I can put them back into the same spot they came from, but i cant take care of them when they are frogs.

ones the turn into frog relees them go in a damp bush so the can stay on land and keep wet
