Can i live in a different country even if i am not a citizen? like spain and france.?

i am a u.s citizen i meant if i am not a citizen of that country. like a citizen of spain can i still leave there?

  2. yea.  you need to be a legal alien and there's other stuff you need but my dad lives in the u.s. and he's a UK citizen

  3. You would have to apply for a residency to live there.

  4. Each country has its own regulations, length of stay, purpose of stay etc. To work you need the proper visa or permit..

    Check the rules of the countries you are interested in.
