Can i live in europe with my right of abode

Hi,

Im currently living and working in the UK with a right of abode stamp in my Australian passport, what i would like to know is can i live and work in europe as well, or should i apply for a british passport/citizenship and will it let me do it?

Your right to abode is for the UK only, as far as I understand.

That means that you will need visa for the rest of Europe.

If you can get a British passport that would give you right to live in the Eurpean Union. If not without restrictions in some countries.

Best check with the embassy or consulate of the country you want to go to.

But getting a British passport is not as easy as it might sound for most people. It might be as easy to get visa for Europe.
