Can i live in new york and still act with disney channel or nickelodeon?

please tell me i think i can work with nickelodeon and still live in new york but i am not sure about it. same with disney

my parents do not want to move from new york so i was just wondering

not only is it unlikely, your parents have to sign for everything you do pro until you are 18.
