Can i lock a file in my documents?

is it possible to make a file accessible only with a code so no one can access my files on my computer?

Yes, you can protect a file by requiring a password. SImplest way is to go to F1 Help when you're in the document, it'll tell you there how to do it if you search on "password protect".

right click on the folder you want to make private and select sharing and make this folder private, please note though, if you are note an administrator, others who are on your computer will still be able to access this, the other method is to put passwords on files such as word, excel, you have this option when you go to save
