Can i loose weight get a size zero by not eating at all,wil it affect da body metabolism?

if its then which is the most effective and quiclest way? i am 5 5 now and weigh 59 kgs whats the size zero wieght for me?

  1. Don't do it. Just simply not eating is terrible for you. You could develop a disorder. And it doesn't work anyway. For the first few weeks of not eating, you just get really bloated/fat because your body gets confused and decideds to store more food. And then after a certain amount of time, you do get skinny, but it's that gross kind of skinny where you look like a human skelaton.   I'd suggest starting a regular excersise routine and to stop drinking soda's, and don't quit food al together, just stop eating all the bad stuff!

To determine if you'd be a size zero you would have to write the measurement of your hips and circumference of your thighs, as for not eating I've been there, and if you're every looking to gain weight you could try corseting. You just need to stop obsessing if something makes you truely miserable take it out on something else drink, write, draw find a different outlet.

    But if you really think you need to lose weight try the 2468 diet it'll boost your metabolism while still losing weight, and it only takes 4 days.

  3. First of all, you don't need to be a size zero...that's rather unhealthy. Secondly starving yourself is stupid because it DOES effect your metabolism. When you do start eating again, your body thinks it's going to be starved again so it will keep every little bit of fat and nutrients that it can get from your food, meaning you'll gain the weight back. If you want to do it sensibly, you'll need to just eat healthier and exercise. And if you aren't a size zero, deal with it, as long as your'e healthy, who cares what size pants you wear?

  4. yes it will slow your metabolism down, so that every thing you eat, it will hold on to those calories. dont eat nothing thats bad! if you really want to lose weight like you sound, eat only three meals a day and do exercise for each of them.. remember lots of people who rapidly lose weight gain it all back and more!

  6. why do you want to be a size 0?? Wouldn't you rather be strong and healthy and beautifully toned? Starving yourself will cause your hair to thin, your skin to loose its elastistity and look grey, you'll get ketoacidosis (inc smelly breath), be constipated and be weak and VERY VERY boring and irritable.

    Hmmm mm sounds s**y doesn't it! Eat healthily, exercise and enjoy your life!

    like the other person said you should just eat several small meals a day

    it will keep you metabolism high

    if you starve yourself ...one you start eating again it will all come right back because you will have a low metabolism.

    plus it is so unhealthy to not eat.

    If you refrain from eating, you will gain weight. Your body will sense it's getting no food and go into starvation mode during which time anything you do it will be stored in body fat. It's actually a better idea to eat several small meals a day. That will increase your metabolism. Don't eat foods that are high in fat; eat only lean meats, veggies, fruits, and some other food like yogurt, wheat bread, peanuts, and skim milk.

    Go on a brisk 20 minute jog every morning.

  9. It's not a good idea to just stop eating.  yea, you'll probably lose weight, but it will cause a lot of problems as well.  You should try doing cardio a few times a week, and eat smaller, but healthier meals.  

    Try eating around 5 small, healthy meals a day.

  11. that's called anorexia nervosa. and yes, it will slow down your metabolism entirely, until the point where you will actually start to gain weight with every piece of food that you eat, creating an opposite effect of what you originally intended. then, if it's bad, you will turn to bulemia nervosa.  

    please don't starve yourself.

  13. I f you are actually going to do this you are ill informed & will ruin your health.You should Change lifestyle, eating habits and doing regular exercises/ yoga will control your blood pressure. First of all you do ten sun solutions but if you feel pain in heels has been more then stop it and lye down on floor or hard bed and make zero by rotating your both the legs in clock wise and anti-clockwise direction and do Urdhvahastottanasana Ek Pad Utanasana and Pawan mukta asanas. Stop taking junk and spicy food, deep-fry food, processed food, ice cream, high fat diets chocolates, sweets, wafers and high carbohydrate food like potatoes, rice and pasta as these items lose nutrition balance and causes deposition of excess fat on body. Eating too much than the required amount of dietary intake may also cause obesity.
