Can i lose weight by tomarrow?

well i know everyone is going to be like no you cant, but,

what if i havent really eaten since 8 clock befor i went to bed,(i just woke up now) and what if i dont eat till tomarrow (raw food diet)

and exercise like CRAZZY, i mean like only 4 breaks during the day,

do you think i would look smaller,be honest, i only have to lose ten pounds ( i know i cant lose that much , not even close,)i because my arms and legs and tummy are getting chunky, does anyone know any tips.exercises for me?

  1. To lose 10 pounds in a day, you would have to burn 35,000 calories in one day. Most likely, impossible to burn that much in just one day.


  2. Sure. Grab a knife and slice of some of that bacon on your side.

  3. No. You might lose water weight or weigh a half a pound less depending on what's left in your stomach and when your last bowel movement was. This is a really unhealthy way to lose weight, you'll end up gaining it back quickly anyways. I'm sure you look fine but if you want to lose weight you need to take it slow. Otherwise it takes a toll on your heart. Exercise moderately and eat healthily....that doesn't mean raw foods diets, you won't get all of the nutrition you need and you'll end up compromising your immune system and becoming malnourished. If you're really into the raw foods thing then you need to make sure you're getting everything your body needs, go and buy books, recipes, vitamins, and supplements. Be careful not to exercise compulsively, it's hard on your body and is eating disorder behavior.  

  4. No this method is very unhealthy, and chances are, you wouldn't lose very many pounds of body fat at all. Unfortunately, the only way to lose noteworthy weight by tomorrow would be either through surgery, or cutting off your own limbs. I wouldn't recommend either.

  5. take only sips of water but only for 24 hrs. not a good idea to do it all time as you will not be flushing out toxins building up in your body.

    Eat no bananas or potatoes or pasta, or fried food or sweets. Even fasting for 24 hrs. won't cause you to lose 10 lbs. and if it did it would return quickly. To lose and keep it off go on a 12,000 to 15,000 day diet and then you will lose 2 lbs week. Do exercise like walking every day.
