well i know everyone is going to be like no you cant, but,
what if i havent really eaten since 8 clock befor i went to bed,(i just woke up now) and what if i dont eat till tomarrow (raw food diet)
and exercise like CRAZZY, i mean like only 4 breaks during the day,
do you think i would look smaller,be honest, i only have to lose ten pounds ( i know i cant lose that much , not even close,)i because my arms and legs and tummy are getting chunky, does anyone know any tips.exercises for me?
