please don't waste your time..i made a few of them a few years ago and the picture came out pretty decent actually but was so dim that it was unwatchable,the quality was actually pretty good but it was just too darn dark!

i recommend either an infocus in72 or the mitsubishi hc1500.

they are both great projectors.

that depends on the type of tv, if it is rear projection, than yes.  if it is a standard glass tube tv, than no.  the technology is completely different and will not allow for that.

It will not work.

If you want a larger screen "on a cheap", get TV Magnifier - your great grandpa will tell you how it works...

You could make a projector but it would be so weak and feeble you would be lucky to even see the picture.
