  1. Yes, there are various online places that will do it, and you can also have one or more done locally at office supply places or rubberstamp making places (check your yellow pages).

    It will be more expensive if it's just one stamp, and/or if the stamp is also mounted onto wood or onto a spring-loaded device of some kind.

    If you want to have a bunch of stamps made from drawings or photocopies or printouts of images though, you can have those done online by various companies... my favorite of those is ReadyStamps.com which is run by the Cerebral Palsy Association so you're giving your money to a good cause too.

    To use their service, you simply draw or photocopy/print the specific images you want in the size you want, onto a sheet of 9x7" paper (use very black ink) and send the paper to them. They'll then make a sheet of rubber stamps from the images on your paper.

    You can cut them out when you get the sheet and affix each permanently or temporarily to a wood block, acrylic box or sheet, etc, if you want.

  2. There are oloads of stamp makrs out there. Tanda Stamps, Clear Stamps are just 2 of the ones i know of.

    Just google and you will find loads. I have used Tanda stamps with great results.
