  1. if you want to carry on with the complaint do not accept the vouchers.  I go on another site, and someone said that as soon as you accept the vouchers you are saying thankyou complaint over.

Then someone on the same site said she worked for some company or other and saw some complaint where in a shop a glass window broke and basically this woman was scarred for life, because her daughter was given some sweets from the shop which they accepted they could not get any compensation.

    Good luck

  2. A lot will depend on the actual complaint but you cold always write to newpapers (which the full gory details) or holiday watchdog...  They love complaints! Lol!

Ps:  You may find some useful info here too... http://www.holidaytravelwatch.net/Preced...

  3. Contact ABTA or ATOL and see if they can help. Most reputable companies are members of one or both. They should be able to help or advise you further. Do not accept the vouchers though!!

  4. Write to Consumer direct getting advice on what you can do about this situation.  They may give you a response or refer you to Trading Standards.  When you receive a response, include this response with a written letter sent by registered mail and tell them that you require a written response to what they are going to do and give them a deadline when they should response, like 14 days from receipt of the letter.

They will then have no choice but to do something about it.  I have got a case sorted out like that before.

  5. watchdog?

    which magazine?

They will prob be keen to write a letter on your behalf and they will carry more weight than the general public
