  1. dude definitely. My sis got into Georgetown with a 3.6 GPA but she didn't get any scholarships or financial aid.

    There are alot of factors.

    1) Are you from a lower income family (>50k)

    2) Did either of your parents attend college?

    3) Have any of your siblings attended college?

    4) what is your class rank?

    5) SAT scores

    6) Recommendations

    7) Are you a minority?

If you are a minority with good-great grades and SAT scores... you are pretty much guaranteed into the top tier schools, if you neither of your parents attended university that also puts you a good light.

The only reason my sis got into Georgetown was because she went to a really expensive preparatory boarding school which was affiliated with Georgetown and other good schools and alot of her classmates went on to attend ivies. If you are not so lucky then you really have to work hard, work on your hours, and make sure that you get GREAT recommendations.

    My advice:

Choose one of your favorite teachers and kiss up to them until college applications and get them to write you a killer reco...then get other okay teachers to write you the standard recos and you'll be set to go.

  2. You're taking all APs as a junior?

Get ready for the worst year EVER....

Just kidding. It will be hard work but you can do it. It looks like you have a lot of volunteer and extracurricular activities, which is great. It also looks really goo that you have 4 years of a foreign language. Study for your SAT and take at least 2 SAT subject tests. These are great because you can pick the subjects you are best at. You should also try to schedule interviews with the admissions offices of all the schools so they see you as a person and not just another application. Remember that the ivies are EXTREMELY competitive and many well-qualified applicants are rejected every year, simply because they can't accept everyone. Most of the schools you indicated have about a 10% acceptance rate.

    Good luck!

  3. Um...No...Colleges these days usually don't take lazy nerds...

    You got a sport?

Also, your details are a load of c**p, your not impressing anyone.
