I have a kenwood z910dvd i don't even think they make them anymore. It came with the car i bought used and it actually sounds really nice. But it wont play any burnt Cd's, only the legit cd u buy at the store. Is there any way i can make it play burned Cd's? I have a lot of good songs that i want to play in it but don't want to spend the money on the full cd. Any help would be great. thanks

  1. No way you can make it play them,it is a old unit.

  2. When you burn a CD you have to say what kind of CD you are making, and there should be a place where you can make a CD that will play in any CD player.  I don't know which CD burner software you are using, so I can't tell you what it would be called, but most of them are very simply stated, so just go to that one step and stop and read before you open the CD burner slot and take it out ... it takes a few seconds, but it should work if you do that.  You may need to make new CDs for the ones your 'stereo' won't read, but that should be simple since you have the burner.
