  1. It's so sad that you even have to ask this question.

If he's using another ss number it might be hard to find him but, it can be done. Have your mom file again and again....it won't go away.

  2. i had the same problem, eventually the state i lived in(oregon) went after him and contacted Las Vegas(where he lives). so i say wait.

  3. If you have his lawful name and track him down you can present you birth certificate to a judge and they can garnish his wages because if he uses another ss that is technically identity theft and regardless of his ss if you can prove he is your biological father then his work status will not matter he will still be required to pay. You mom has to file it though and if you are 18+ your c**p out of luck because then you are a legal adult. You also have to still live with your mother.

  4. no. your dad owes you noting.

your mom on the other hand, if she knows where he works can try to get her back support from him,.

  5. yep report him

  6. First off in using another s.s. number it would have to be fraudulent, because the s.s. office will not just issue another number it would always be the same. Therefore he not only can go to jail for child support, but also for using an unauthorized s.s. number.

  7. take it to court

    or get him arested

  8. contact your state's attorney general's office/chiold support division. If he is working, they will find him and start making him pay.

  9. You have to file with the court again. Child support never goes away, so keep trying. It might take a lawyer if you really want it.

  10. yea call the cops have him arressted , or take him to court again!
