I want to make the below recipe for a cinnamon flop and bring it to my mother in law's this evening as she has asked me to. Because it tends to go hard over time i dont want to make it during the day and bring it there this evening. I'd much rather make it up and bake it there when we can have it fresh out of the oven. Trouble is, I don't know much about baking things ahead of time. Does anyone know if this would be good sitting in the refrigerator for five hours or so until it gets baked?
