Hiya im feeling like im way behind with life experiences which is sortof affecting my confidence. I know people who have been clubbing since their late teens and i rarely do it so theyre used to socialising with people yet i get shy with newish people. I hate regretting the past as it doesnt help but i do feel ive missed out on alot of stuff and am frustrated i cant get it bak. I know i need to get out there but find it hard motivating myself ie facing the fear. Funny thing i know its not that bad but still cant get up and go. Any inspiration would help!

  1. I don't think you can make up for lost time however,

Next time your friends invite you, GO otherwise face regret.

  2. Don't feel left out, many of us are different. If you are suddenly feeling like you want to do the things you may not have felt like a while back, then find a way to do them. You might find they weren't such great things after all and it was just your lack of experience in that area that made you think it might be fun, or you may find it extremely fun and want to do it more. Either way, at least you'll know. At the end of the day, do the things you want to do. You only live once and you could be hit by a truck this afternoon so make sure you live life to the full and do only the thing YOU want to do.

    Hope that helps.

  3. No, you cannot make up for lost time but you can make the most of the time ahead of you. How you do that is up to you
