go to tools and click internet options than type in what you want to be your homepage

well if you mean when you open up internet, than the first site it goes to is yahoo, than yes. if you go on your computer and hit the start button on the bottom, than go to controll panel. next go to network and internet connections. than hit internet options at the bottom. something will pop up saying internet properties andit should be in general automaticly. under home page, it will say..."you can change which page you want as your home page" and than it has room for and adress bar, so just type in www.yahoo.com or whatever website you want your home page to be.
